At Zalando, I introduced an “Accessibility Lens” informed by interviews with disabled customers, establishing a baseline for inclusive design. By benchmarking online platforms through both qualitative and quantitative methods, I shaped new accessibility standards across Zalando’s products, advancing the brand’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
